So I've been phoning and emailing over half a year now trying to get a statement out of them. I have 2 loans but they keep on sending me an account for only the one. All I get is "a consultant will get back to you within 2 days" and that us where it ends. Several emails and calls and I am still waiting. I am going to cancel my debit orders until someone does their job and sends me my statements. BOTH OF THEM

Not only do you provide zero service, you are also trying to deceive people looking at hellopeter into thinking that you resolve complaints when in fact you just ignore it. So please be assured that I will be taking you to the ombudsman, because this is stunning. I have not had any reply from you. Still waiting to be contacted, but you have thw cheek to say that you are pleased that everything has been resolved. I will be cancelling my debit orders and I'll be taking the matter further. This is rediculous.
