********** experience, bad customer service. ********

- I have taken a loan with direct axis, paid it every month. I was then retrenched in 2019 struggled to pay. now I have a job I want to pay the balance is R39000, the original loan was R50000. I asked for a better settlement discount/offer the consultants I spoke to are clueless and they don't even know the amounts its like they are just guessing. They are telling me I'm owing R80000 imagine! how? when my original loan amount was R50000 and I have paid over R20000 in installments. I am expecting a settlement amount of R30000 or less. I really need to get this off my name so I can move on with my life. The worst experience when it comes to responding to their emails because I even tried emailing but no response, I need to speak to a manager or someone that can assist ASAP. my credit record is being affected because of the incompetence and lack of support. I need a reasonable settlement amount to get rid of this not the amount that is even bigger than my balance!!!!!!! hayibo ****************, what type of **** is this? where will I get the money from? when I didn't even borrow that? I need to get a bond and just be free in my life. please resolve this

I mean how can my settlement amount be more than what I owe? how? All the loan places I have dealt with in my entire life even give close to nothing settlement offers. this is beyond shocking!!!
