Hopeless call centre options
I am receiving repeated letters from DirectAxis for a person unknown ever at my address. I tried to contact them via their Call Centre. To continue on any option they requested my ID number. I am not a DirectAxis customer, neither do I ever want to be. I certainly do not want them to have access to my ID number.
Please stop sending letters to a Mr A Kotze, 101 9th Avenue Essenwood 3900. He had never lived here. Please stop the harrasment. Please sort out your so called Call Centre to allow callers to talk to a consultant without giving an ID.
