HOLDING FOREVER!!

I called direct axis more than five times to find out what my settlement is, i held on the phone for more than 20 minutes on all occassions and when i finally got through, they told me the account is with collections and i was out through, and was on hold for thirty minutes until I hung up.!!! how am i suppose to pay this account off if I cant speak to anyone??? PATHETIC SERVICE!
