HELPING YOU WITH BAD INTENTIONS
We have app**** for the 3 month holiday plan in terms of COVID-19. Same was approved for both me and my husband. And have writen confirmation but yet they still debited our accounts. After numerous telephone calls they said they will refund our accounts. Received a sms on the 14th of May 2020 advising that I should phone them. I contacted them, (they have the audacity to say the purpose of this call - as if they are phoning you) They insist that you take another loan to cover the 3 months you are not going to pay. So in other word, they are actually puting more financial strain on you instead of helping (I was told that this was the terms and conditions) Im sorry but in this time where the economy is down they want to help you by giving you another loan. This is pathetic and if this is the way you help people, you can take your help and shove it up where ever it will fit. This is my first and my last time I will ever do business with DerectAxis. Cant wait to pay this account off and be rid of you. Not even our bank where we have our homeloan are as bad as you are.
