Hello?

Kindly see this as my FORMAL complaint before we go to the CPA, in accordance, i have to try and resolve my queries/problem directly with the provider, if the outcome is non satisfactory, a formal complaint can be mad. Good so now that we have all of that out of the way. i would like to know why me account sows in arrears with 150+ days for the past 6 months????? if the installment is R1436.00 pm and i pay R2000.00 pm how is it in any way possible that i could be in arrears by R35612,00???? if the total amount borrowed excluding interest and initiation fees was R35000.00? the account was opened in December 2014... I stopped receiving statements, my address has not changed, my email address has not changed, my phone number has not changed for peat sake my hair color is still the same - BUT NO STATEMENTS. someone is eating more than just a slice of pie here and it sure as daylight is not me... why are my statements withheld from myself?
