Harrasment
I frequently receive calls from this call centre. Upon answering the line is silent and after 15 seconds they hang up. I traced the number to Direct Axis. I called the call centre to lodge a complaint and they placed me on hold for a further 5 minutes. I eventually hung up. Please note Direct Axis that I am going to block your number and I will be taking action against you if you continue to harass me in this manner. I have made a complaint in the past when I received sms and calls offering me loans (very irresponsible lending practices).
