Harassment has no end

I need some help from anybody on this page please. I need help on how to get this company to understand what harassment,double standards and business ethics are. These are fundamentals that DirectAxis don't have not a clue what it is and how to apply it. I was once again harassed for no reason,whatsoever. A lady Lecrucia told me last month that they will not call me again,but oh no the same old story. FNB keep on sending reminders on not to give personal information over the phone,but these unprofessional employees of DirectAxis, just keep on acting like they are above the law. How can I stop these harassment, because my contractual agreement are honored,without any question. Today this lady put the phone down, while I'm still talking. This is the worst treatment any human being should be subjected to.
