Harassment, coercion & unwillingness to help

After numerous attempts to explain my financial position to this credit provider, after I've fallen into arrears, they have handled me rudely, refused to accommodate me in helping them (and myself) to gain in the arreared amount(s). Neither do they even have the information I relayed to them on ANY of their systems that can explain my situation!

Since then I have decided not to talk to any of their representatives, because of this attitude they have and unwillingness to help me. After I blocked them from calling my cellphone number (because they call at least 12 times a day, from 7AM to 6PM, Monday to Saturday), I have decided that I will pay as I can. Tough.

I am also writing this so that you are officially notified that I will pay the arrears as I see fit and with what little funds I have available, at the time, due to the unforeseen circumstances that placed me in this financial pinch. DirectAxis and ANY and ALL Affiliates DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DEDUCT ANY OTHER DEBIT AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT (which you, by this, DO NOT HAVE), other than the agreed upon date and ORIGINAL DEBIT ORDER as CONTRACTUALLY AGREED. If you continue with debiting my account *******LY, I will INVOICE YOU ON THE BANKING COSTS and DEDUCT IT FROM THE ARREARED AMOUNT and the OUTSTANDING BALANCE.

Furthermore, Do NOT CALL ME on my Business land line, office number, cellphone, or email, since you have thus far neglected to accommodate me in all my attempts to try and get ahead with the arrears. It is bordering now on a case of harassment and coercion. Thank you.

Even after I originally logged the complaint (10:45AM), your collection services ( ********** ) are still trying to contact me on my work number. (11 times for today, 6 of which was made after you rep**** upon the complaint). Had I not made myself clear? I am not going to TALK with you over the phone. Any amends we come to will be done in this forum (hellopeter.com), unless it's the re-negotiation of contracts and/or the way we are going to settle the areared amount, for which I expect you to notify me duly in this forum ("We would like to discuss terms of your contract/payment arrangement with you via email." Without disclosing contract or personal information). I am going to ask once more that you stop your incessant and harassing calls. Seeing as there is currently no other negotiation on how we, as both the effected parties, are going to continue from this point forward. My points remain and you have, thus, been notified about MY terms of repayment and rejection of any non-consensual debit orders upon my bank account. Any such non-consensual debit orders (from you) will be deducted from the arear amount AND original amount. Just remember that any extra costs I incur will result in less available funds for me to pay you. Thus I will see such debit orders as a "cost" for which I had not agreed and must be reimbursed for (in fact, maybe I should do that since this whole fiasco started?) Should this seem unreasonable, may I remind you that DirectAxis and it's affiliated parties have not given much cooperation nor consideration to me, have treated me poorly, and refused to any sort of re-negotiation from my part in order to gain on the arear amount/the terms of contract. The entire reason why I REFUSE to TALK to you over the phone is exactly as I stated. Information "mysteriously" disappeared or was never captured., your employees and affiliates treat people poorly (and there are a LOT of these complaints on hellopeter.com) etc. Thank you.
