Happy when there is communication

In the interests of fairness to DirectAxis.I have written 2 reviews that were scathing. It should not have happened... They fixed my account and refunded my payments. We need to grow SA and we need this Company. They really did help me with the original loan!! To everyone out there, if you keep it simple and pay your contract religiously you will not have any problems!! You know what you pay upfront. Do one at a time!! Use emails to communicate. It works the best!! DirectAxis communication is key!! I wish your team well!!
