Handed over with no communication

I would just like to report Direct Axis for absolute pathetic services. I was busy with Debt review with National Debt Advisers (who's service is none to speak of, that how bad it is) i then called to get banking details so that i can still make payment in the mean time up until the debt review have been sorted out. Sudenly i recieve and SMS form Norman Bissett & Associates to tell me my account have been handed over. No phone call nor email or an sms to follow up. They just hand you over. As for Norman Bissett & Associates no call either just an sms stating my account have been handed over stating "Payment arrangement required today" now i need to ask the question, what I had no airtime. You have absolutely co communication s****s at all.
