Handed over to Collectors after loan settled
I have settled my DA loan via Sigma SA in September 2017 and received a confirmation of payment and R0.00 balance on the 3rd October from them. Yet I received continuous calls from Sigma SA on behalf of DA asking why I am not paying further monthly installments. After that has finally been resolved with Sigma SA, DA has now handed me over to other collectors/attorneys to try and ****** even more funds out of me.
Their upfront service is good, but once signed, that service goes out the door.
I would think twice before using them.
