GREEDY ***S

I contacted MBD on Tuesday 30 November 2021 asking for a settlement letter and amount on my direct axis personal loan as direct axis handed me over to the MBD , a lady provided me with a settlement amount of R78 100.28 and advised she will send through the settlement letter as well , this morning I called their offices again at 08:32 advising that I still have not received the letter and enquired if the amount was still the same , the consultant advised that the amount is still R78 100.28 and he advised that he will prioritize the matter , I then proceeded and made the payment ,several hours later I receive an email from Faith Khanyi at 12:05 with the settlement letter attached now suddenly the amount has changed to R79 157.51 , how the hell can the amount increase again with a whole R1057.23 , the two consultants who provided me with the settlement amount of R78 100.28 will pay that outstanding money , I called the MBD offices several times after I received the email from Faith now suddenly they can't take calls , I WILL NOT PAY THAT SHORTFALL OF R1057.23 AS I WAS PROVIDED WITH A DIFFERENT AMOUNT WHEN I CALLED BOTH TIMES , all calls are recorded so we can all listen to those calls made and then someone must explain to me why the amount changed and we need to come to some sort of agreement because I am NOT GOING to PAY the additional amount that was added , this people do not understand what I went through to get that money just so I can settle this ****** account and now they want to milk me for more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
