I have had a loan at Direct Axis for sometime now and I was paying the installment religiously until I lost employment due to circumstances. I immediately made arrangements with them and I have done this for some time now as employment has been scarce. I finally found a reliable employment and continued with the arrangement and they just hand me over to some collection agent that I dont even know. Now they send me final demand letters. This is disgusting from Direct Axis and I will never make use of them again. No Compassion for others

I am happy to make arrangements with DirectAxis but I DO NOT trust any willy nilly person phoning me with their bank details and say that I must now start paying them. This will never ever happen. There are too many ******** out there and I WILL NOT take a chance with my money
