Gives out *****ulant loans in other peoples name, then gives no support to the person affected

Appalling company. They gave out a loan to someone in my name and after two weeks of trying to get feedback, I'm still have no awnsers. The call centre is not allowed to put you through to the ***** department(if they even really have one), and the facebook support team can only respond with "waiting for feedback from the team". Never mind the non existent support, how are *****ulant loans approved so easily. If this was not an inside job I would be surprised
