Its been over a month since i tried closing off an account with you and waiting for my refund, instead i am send around been asked for documents i already send, and even after that you will be telling me i have to wait 7 working days after waiting almost a month for the refund. Please fix your **** and send me my refund. i have a medical bill which needs urgent payments

My medical bill is now overdue and this will have this record sent to the NCA affecting my credit scoring, your service is very horrific and just blaady disgusting, you have all my documents just process the blaady damn refund. And no your apologies sincere or not are not needed i just want my money refunded.
