Frustration, unbelievably bad service

i have an ongoing loan with direct axis for the last 6 or 7 years which religiously gets deducted every month with extreme interests. I required some additional income and thinking that I would continue to use their loaning options once again I submitted an application. It's taken me more than a week to prove to them what I earned due to earning basic plus commission. They then have a problem that I have recently sold my property and don't have a water and lights bill in my name as my partner is the one who owns the new property. I was told to get a police affidavit only to be told the next day that that is not acceptable. I am an old customer who is still paying off they have all my details and more. They should be begging for people like me who are stupid enough to pay these outrageous interest rates, instead this what they put one through. If this is how they treat old customers, please, new consumers that needs funds don't bother to waste your airtime and valuable time with this pathetic money lender. They are a bunch of sharks with no concept of treating their customers with efficiency and good customer service.
