Frustrating to do business with you

it is very frustrating to do business with ya'll, i sent an email in September to this day no response. i made calls on Monday and i was told they are offline and they will me once are back and running to this day no calls returned. i called 7 times today and either i get a person who says "staying on the line while i am checking your details" and 10 minutes later is still is quiet on the line or a person whose line is not audible or have network issues. can i be called on *** to get clarity regarding balance that seem not to be ending. your stuff are very rude and unprofessional and it is a pain to work with you guys and difficult to recommend ya'll
