Frustrated and Harassed
DirectAxis has been calling non-stop (at least 5 times a day) to speak to my brother, who no longer lives with us as he has moved out. I have spoken to 2 consultants on one day to ask to remove our landline and updated them on his current working cellphone number, yet the are persistent and still calling the landline several times a day. It's the most annoying thing to have to explain the same thing 5 times a day! Surely there's a rule on the amount of calls you can make before it becomes harrasment!
