Fruad

I took a loan with direct axis in 2015 and i paid it up in early 2018 i cant not remember which month, but now this guys (Direct Axis ) they are harrassing me by phone calls every they saying i owe them i should pay them. i have ask them to send me a proof to show that i owe them they refuse all i want is that the statment that shows that i took a loan with them at this date because according to my record the ioan the i took with them i did pay it up last year in 2018. Please can anyone can help me to sort this thing out if the claim that i owe me they should send me the statement which i have never recive.
