I app**** for a loan with Direct Axis which was approved and has been paid out, that is not the issue...the issue is I have now received an email confirming that I agreed to a personal protection plan policy which I adamantly refused when I spoke to their consultant, (I only agreed to credit life insurance as the consultant advised that it was necessary for the loan to be approved) this company has just proved to be dishonest loan sharks who use ********** business practices to rob people who are in need of help, I would advise everyone else reading this review to NOT consider this company because they are *********.
