********** working at company? Dissappointing Service no replies documents missing

Sent all information needed. Received calls emails and still waiting payment. The lady I spoke to does not even answer my emails now yet phoned me prior to this. Really dissappointing service. Then they receive my documents then they never received documents. Something really strange happening within the company? ********** maybe????
