I am very shocked at the pathetic admin and response one gets, so they contact me for loan and insurance with Hollard, great now they send me my stuff and a Ms Nene stuff I call and said this is wrong, they also have my bank details with Ms Nene policy, and goodness knows what else I phone them reference *** Hollard cant help (no interested in helping) Direct axis oh they will contact me back in 5 days, sorry this is not right you have my details on someone else policy and my bank is going to be debited, this will constitute as ***** how pathetic
