I app**** for a loan with Direct Axis with a person named Gina Nel. I paid R4000 for legal costs. I then realise when I was supposed to pay insurance costs that its a ****. I phoned Direct Axis and they said they don't have any loan application with me and that Gina Nel is a *********. What can I do to get my money back please?
