On the 31/10/2018 I call DIRECTAXIS regarding sms I receive daily come from MBD where they threatening me to pay DIRECTAXIS account. When I call that MBD asking them about this account they give me name for that person who owns DIRECTAXIS which is MENZI GUMEDE. I ask them why they use my number to send me messages for MENZI.
MBD say DIRECTAXIS give them this number. When I call DIRECTAXIS ask them why they ***** my information and used it to someone else. They sayed they won’t be able to. Remove it because they need ID number for MENZI. Is it my business if they don’t have ID number for MENZI. How can I trust this company as they manager to ***** my information. How many people who have same situation like me. And this is anony me. I will make sure I published them via all social media
