<p>So I took out a R5000 loan two weeks ago and the consultant that was helping me specifically said that I will be liable slfor an installment of R326 per month and I asked her over again I said you said R326 right and she said yes R326!</p> <p>To my surprise earlier today when a received a statement, I am now liable for R394! Really? Why? I would like you guys to pull out the call records between myself and your consultant dated 30/09/2016 at 09:32 ( I was about to get disconnected and I asked her to call me back).</p> <p>That conversation will be proof enough that we agreed on R326 per month! After finding this, please adjust my installment as am not backing down on this on. Am prepared to go above Hello Peter if you do not honor yourebd of the contract that was read to me by one of your consultants.</p>
