***** and absolutely poor system

I got an sms saying I've been upgrade to gold status and qualify for R150, 000. 00 loan. Ive never heard of directaxis before and yet I'm upgraded somehow. This causes me concern so I call the number shown which gives me 2 options. Apply for a new loan, query an existing loan. I don't have a loan so I press the apply button hoping to find out how this company has all my details and how they think I've been upgraded to such. It asks for my id number which I give, next thing I know it tells me my loan application is unsuccessful and an enquiry is made on ITC which drops my credit score by 40 points. I find this ********** and shocking that you can contact a person and they can't speak to a human being yet you feel you can tarnish my credit score like this when I DIDNT EVEN WANT A LOAN. I want this enquiry removed with immediate effect
