I've made a settlement payment on my loan account last month till to date my account is not closed and directaxis continues to deduct money on my account.

You are very good in making empty promises till to date I'm still awaiting for my loan account to be updated and month end is already close you are going to debit my account again. but this time I'm ready to seek legal advices will see how this can turn out. same applies to you if a customer miss payment you run for collection. Now its my turn to go for legal action.
