My name is Godfrey,a loan was made by ********** using my personal details online with you without me knowing.It all came to my attention when I got an sms notifying me that I must make a payment then later i received a call that I must do payments,it shocked me.i then asked how all this happened.explanation was given that loan was done online and the amount of R60 000 was deposited into an Absa bank account.
I then went to the nearest Absa branch and told them my problem that there is a profile in my details and yes money was deposited showing all withdrawals that were made on daily basis in Pretoria. I couldn’t get help from the branch but went on to open a case with SAPS that apparently when I wanted to get copies of my affidavit the docket cannot be found
Direct Axis took me to creditors that I couldn’t buy or purchase anything with credit that results with my life getting very difficult i ended up paying the amount of R81 000
Please help me investigate how all this possibly happened and left me penniless and victimized
