You have debited my account today, my debit order is for the 28th , this is ***** and I want the money refunded tonight or I will be in touch with my legal team and make a huge thing to the media as this is *****! That was a petrol claim that I needed for business and am now stuck and will probably get fired and won't be able to pay you after I have never missed one premium! , I only get paid on the 28th . Do not give me the copy and paste answer you seem to give everyone , in actual fact just refund me today or I will be opening a case of *****!
