Forcing to pay after 5 years

Its been over 5 years that no person got back to me regarding my loan i made in 2018. Unfortunately i lost my job then after, i provided them with all the necessary documents only to get an 'urgent notice' email from them 1 day ago to contact them or legal action will be take. To the hell are you to force me to pay after 5 years of no contact. I am still jobless and they won't accept that i can only afford R20
