FNB South-Africa "Credit Provider" Acting ******** in FNB Botswana Acc. without consent or no permission from the SA Reserve Bank for ******** Pula transactions.
******** placement of a South-African Personal Loan to my First National Gold Cheque Acc. ******** actions as the exchange rate of Botswana is different from the South-African Rand. Direct Axis went without my consent/permission and without the South-African Reserve Banks' permission and removed my original FNB Gold Cheque account from my bank profile, created a Botswana Pula Personal Loan Account and an FNB Ebucks Account being affiliated to Rand Merchant Bank. None of FNB or Direct Axis is acting in accordance with the National Credit Act of South-Africa as both FNB and Direct Axis deduct a NCR Fee on this Personal Loan Acc that was initially agreed upon and signed for in South-Africa. This ******** activity is ********. The amounts reflect directly to the Rand amounts that were signed for. Who gives FNB South-Africa together with Direct Axis to open a Pula Personal Loan Account across the border in another country with different exchange rates? Who do you think you are? This is gross negligence of the Usury Act. of both countries. I requested you to rectify this ******** activity on the 25th June 2019; your companies ignore the consumers urgent requests in a serious ******** matter such as this which is totally unacceptable. To charge a consumer in Botswana Pula where the amounts was to be converted at least.... this is ********** practice to charge from accounts where there was never permission given nor consent to the consumer of this arrogant procedures of your companies. The public should take note of such unacceptable practices of Direct Axis PTY LTD - The Agent and FNB South-Africa - The Credit Provider.
