FINANCIAL ISSUE NOT RESOLVED
They cannot resolve a financial issue. All other institutions could assist but they are just not willing to help me.

28 Jan 2022, 09:45As I have explained it doesn't help you send me a paid up letter. All the other institutions were also settled last year. The accounts were closed. The lawyers paid them and they were able to refund me. Only direct axis has excuses.

17 Feb 2022, 08:18I have still not had my issue resolved and my credit refunded. And from what I can see in the Direct Axis reviews a lot of people are very unhappy with their service and lack of customer satisfaction and service delivery
