Financial Difficulties

I have been emailing Vuyo Ncedani to assist me to restructure my debt with Direct Axis, Received a mail Sent: 14 October 2015 08:01 AM,To: Abieda Mohamed,Subject: RE: ***,Morning MRS Mohamed <br> Apologies for the late response. Unfortunately we cannot extend your loan term but I can refer your account to the specials department. You make a special arrangement to at least pay 65% of your normal instalment but that arrangement is a temporary arrangement. If I do refer your account to the specials department , I need a number that they may call you on and specify what time is convenient for them to call you so they can make the arrangement with you.
