Feedback needed / Urgent Refund

On 24 July 2015 (R3700) and on 28 July 2015 (R151) debit orders went of my FNB account. It showed as FNB Personal Loan on my statement, but I don't have any FNB Personal Loans?<br> I went to FNB branch, who directed me to call Direct Axis, where I spoke to Yolanda.<br> Yolanda from Direct Axis said on their system it shows that there is no active debit orders, I don't have a loan with them, loan from 2007 has been paid in full. <br> Yolanda will come back to me, hopefully soon as I need an urgent refund.
