False promises and no service no feedback
i was approved for Covid payment relief and still my debit order gone off. I phoned 4 times and send 4 mails to payment assist. The first consultant said 24 to 48 hours money will be refunded this morning i was advised 10 working days. Thus is bad service when a client need to rectify or pay then we need to do so otherwise no service. But the company can do as they please its really bad from a respected company to treat clients this way
