False Promises

<p>I've been a Direct Axis client for years. I've paid off over 70% of my personal loan . I received numerous sms's and letters through the post guarentee me a new loan to a certain amount and All I had to do was phoning them and they will approve. great. I called them and they went through all the questions only to inform me they can't help me. I kept the letters and sms's as proof.</p> <p>My credit report on Transunion reflect as Favourable and with no judgements or errors against my name.</p> <p>All promises ad valued client untill you call them and take them on their word then they back off - all false promises</p>
