False promises

<p>I have been a client of Direct Axis for years. I do have a current loan which I'm paying off every month . I have paid off more than 70% of my current loan. I received letters through the post and sms's that I do qualify (pre approved) for a bigger amount whereby they will settle the current and take out a new amount. My ITC report indicate no judgements or issues agaianst my anme and reflects as " favourable". yet when I rep**** to their letters and called their consultants they declined my application, even with the reference numbers they have given me where I was pre apporved already.</p>
