False promise- No refund

I have sent e-mails week ago & documents requested, called in several times but I still haven't received my refund. Call centre keeps on telling me that the money will be deposited before the end of the week but 3 weeks have passed. I'm so so disappointed at Direct Axis service. I've paid them all their money & now it's difficult for me to get mine back. & Their telephone lines are always faulty, I wonder why can't this issue be resolved once and for all... :-(
