FALSE HOPE

Good day,<br> On Friday, 15 April 2016, I app**** for a loan through DirectAxis. Was contacted later and told I qualified for a lower amount, I declined. On 18 April I was contacted and told they relooked at my application, they can offer an higher amount. Two acc will be cleared and closed and balance in my account, further discussions followed. I choose 2 different accs, the amount offered was increased. At 13:58 received sms \Soos bespreek benodig ons ... leningsaansoek te voltooi. Stuur na ....etc\". I sent. This morning I received a sms at 9:00 \" Baie dankie vir u DirectAxis aansoek. Ongelukkig is u aansoek afgekeur......\" I contacted them and was told it was due to affordability. Now my question. Why contact me, give me an offer, keep me on line for +/- 30min explaining everything, send email with heading \"Payout on your Direct Axis Personal Loan\". with details of docs request, just to decline it. This gives false hope to desperate people, just to be crushed. People are desperate for help. I am still waiting for my call back from the agent I spoke to yesterday."
