False banking information and prohibiting contact information changes

Last year I was retrenched and had app**** for my credit life insurance on my DirectAxis loan, which was paid out. Unfortunately, after the retrenchment I'd never received an updated insurance or credit agreement and DirectAxis had cancelled the debit order with my bank. I received my first account from DirectAxis in the mail this week. The banking details on the account asks me to make payment to ENB bank. No such bank exists in South Africa. Furthermore, as I am no longer credit-worthy I am not allowed to make changes to my account, which includes updating my contact details which had changed months ago. So I am not allowed to give my contact details to DirectAxis or FNB to contact me about my account. As I am no longer credit worthy or insurable, my insurance and account costs on the account should have been changed in line with the NCA, and yet DirectAxis still asks for an exorbitant insurance fee on my account although I am not able to pay the account as I am supposed to pay ENB. This is my last query before I send the query to the NCR, Ombudsman for Banking, Ombudsman for Insurance and the CPA.
