False advertising ended up *****!
I received an email advert offering 5% fixed interest rate I responded to. I completed the personal information form, pay slip, bank statements, copy of id all as requested. They then sent me a loan approved letter attached with another form attorney once off payment to A & A Attornies before the loan amount can be paid out. As I don’t know what the company policy is I followed their procedures, the result came back that it was a big ****, I lost R10 000 paid to a person called Gina Nel representing DirectAxis. Before paying the fee I even phoned the number on the consultant's signature, she followed up by calling me back the TrueCaller name showed DirectAxis, so all looked legit I then paid over the fees. I got hold of a consultant in Cape Town found on their website for assistance, she guided me to email my statement to the ***** department, but the email addresses fails. I put a review on facebook, they directed me to send my statement to their company, that email address fails too. The only emails that ever went through was the ***** emails.
I'm not getting any response regarding what they are going to do about this. How can I trust that this is still a reputable company, I dealt with them way back in the past which is why I trusted the procedures to follow, only to end up with R0 in my bank account no loan approval and no one legit from DirectAxis to assist me. For DirectAxis it might just be another case, for myself and I’m sure for many others too it is a great loss trusting them ending up loosing a lot of money with no feedback or assistance what so ever.
