**** LETTER FROM DIRECTAXIS

Hi,

My name is Piet Motsoeneng I have a problem with Direc Axis. I had a loan with them which by i didnt pay for two years. This year i phone them to get a settlement amount that i was owing to them so that i can settle the amount. I was given a number to call them so that i can be assisted with the letter to settle the amount. i paid R16 000 which was the amount that i was given to settle my debt after the payment i then enquired about the settlement then they told me that it was an error calculation and ended up paying another R4 000 that ended up to a total amount of R20 000. A settlement letter was then mailed to me. Later on i then app**** for a loan at Standard Bank, it was rejected due to because they said the letter was ****. I then called DirecAxis again (several times) for clearity regarding the settlement letter that was mailed to me, i was again directed to their finance / credit department to resolve this matter and they kept going around the bush and ended up cutting my calls. Everytime when i phoned DirectAxis i was always directed to someone and my calls would be cut off. The last time i phoned DirectAxis i asked for recordings and they told me that i cannot get them. I have tried my utter best for this matter to be resolved but nothing happened until this day.

Can you please help me resolve this matter???
