Failing to address my account issues
I am very disappointed in direct axis, legal department. It does not respond to my emails about my account issue. I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks and have been on a long hold for over 60 minutes. I was told that my account has been transferred to other attorneys. When I called the attorneys listed, they said it was back with Direct Axis. I am so tired of calling both Direct Axis and this attorney and being pushed away by both parties. I am frustrated.

I am currently in application for credit and the potential creditor requires a settlement letter directly from wesbank/direct axis not from Hp attorney. It have been 3 days writing emails ( *** ) and being re-directed from consultant to consultant as well as being moved to different departments with no success. it have taken me over 150 minutes of my time on the call.
Can you please assist me with the settlement letter directly from wesbank (under wesbank letterhead) as it is listed on my credit record.
On the email i attached credit report indicating personal loan from Wesbank Cashpower, the potential creditor would like to see a settlement letter directly from wesbank. I also attached a proof of payment to HP attorney and obtained settlement letter.
