Failing to acknowledge debit order payments

It must be one of the worst company's to deal with when it comes to communication to their customers. Also they keep taking debit orders and it's reflecting on my account, but they keep telling me the debit order has been returned. I keep sending my bank statements to proof that the debit was not returned but nothing gets resolved and no one gives you feedback.
