Extremely terrible service

Last week i was approved for a loan of R44 000 and sent the quotation which i still have, this offer expires on the 25th which is tomorrow. Yesterday i called DirectAxis to see if i could get a little bit more as i wanted to consolidate some of my debt with this loan on calling the customer service centre i ask the question 'Would my query affect my current approval of R44 000 and i the answer to that was NO it would not as i have already been approved for that amount. I then speak to a Shakierah in the creditors department and she is asking me questions about my income again which all this has already been done last week with the creditors department i then ask her why are we doing this again and she says to see if i can qualify for more. I finish my conversation with her and then i get called from another consultant to say i have been approved for R20 000 now, NOTHING in my information has changed as everything which i gave the creditors department last week was exactly the same amounts i gave Shakierah yesterday. I have called to speak to her 7 times all recorded and she does not bother in returning my call. My offer of R44 000 is still valid until tomorrow and this is the offer which i am going with QUO ********** all my details, income and expenses was validated last week already.
