Extremely slow repsonse to request
I requested a settlement letter this morning(16 April 2015) at 08:15. <br> It is now 15:00 on the same day, and I still have not received my letter.<br> <br> The same thing happened yesterday(15 April 2015). I requested the settlement letter at 16:00, and received it the following morning at 02:00(in the morning!?).<br> <br> Requested a new quote, and the price went up by R7!?!???!
