EXTREMELY RUDE, ***********, POOR AND UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE

I have been waiting now for over 3 months for a loan application to be approved. I have been told on numerous occassions that I am a very "valuable customer". Wow, if that is the way I have been treated as a "valued customer" then Direct Axis and their entire Management team (Nicky Hill, Angela Pollock, IDirectors: A.J.H. Marshall, M.A. Finlayson (Managing), E.F. Cristaudo, M. J Davis) are all clearly dillusional. I have explained on numerous occasions, lets say maybe 6 or so, my entire situation of how my account works. But it seems that the "people" working there are stupid. Each consultant that I go through to says that they will send it for review and each one has a different story, fiction or non-fiction, I'm not sure. All I expect as a "valued" client is the decency from Direct Axis to give me a simple decision. But each idiot I speak to cannot seem to understand. I had to rate a star for "Terrible" but that is actually not what I would like to say. I have been a 100% compliant customer with them for over 8 years. I have contacted director, Finlayson and left a voice message and whatsapp compliant on his private number, which he has read. Oh yes and he has also read my email that I sent directly to him. I have never come across a company who's employees don't know the internal policies/procedures or how to deal with long-time valued customers. This has inconvenienced me to such an extent now that anything else I do is of no more inconvenience that I will devote my time to ensuring that the "Direct Axis real story" is circulated on any media platform that I am able to access. The only response that I get from them is a measely sms, it reads : "Due to high volumes, your Direct Axis loan application has been delayed and will be processed as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience." Really, 3 months of so-called patience, rude interactions, duplicated information requests and a huge cell phone bill from my side. Anyone who reads this, please urgently note it is my sincere advice that you DO NOT DEAL WITH DIRECT AXIS.
