EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I took a loan with DirectAxis,it was in August 2019 and in December 2019 I called them to ask for the settlement amount. I then settled the loan but they still debited the repayment for December and later called me to log a refund of which I was advised it will take 5 to 10 working days, 10 working days has long passed and I have not received my refund. Worst part of it all, when I call they keep on telling me different stories. Worst service ever, too quick to collect repayments but too slow to refund what is mine. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED OF THE EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND NOT CARING ABOUT CLIENTS.
