Extremely Disappointing Experience with Direct Axis

My recent encounter with Direct Axis has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism and lack of basic manners are truly astounding. When attempting to communicate with their representatives, they abruptly hang up while I'm still speaking, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Throughout my interactions, their constant use of the dismissive sound "huh" only further exemplified their unprofessional behavior.

My ordeal started when i wanted to make a loan ...2 months later after several attempts that the call me back regarding a settelment for aprevious loan to continue with existing aplication no one has phoned me back and every time its the same story the need to look at the settlement and call me back .....that never happens.

I sincerely hope that Direct Axis takes customer concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for their clients.
